summary of what i need to do

january 2010

goal 60K+ hands.
quit when on tilt.
1 day a week to look over hands.
gym 4 days a week fitness thailand.
4-5 days can drink per month. only soda/diet coke + spirit.
diet plan started. (need to set this up after research).

34 hours actual play time per week min.
6tables is max of 6maxnl.

5-6 hours per day.
can have days off if ahead of pace. might make these set in stone.

wake up early ideally 6am but never after 10.

6 - 11 play 3 hours min.

11 - 12:30 go to gym.

12:30 - 2 lunch.

2:30 - 6 play 3 hours min.

If wake up late go to gym first (if to late if not have short session) and start session after lunch.

evening play starts 7 till 11.


Target for next 2 months = 13K total profit.

100K hands left. total RB = almost 5K (aprox)

so 4K+ per month of actual winnings.

4K + 2.5K = 6.5K per month of winnings.
